Route 66 Emergency Equipment was founded on the principle that the defining requirement of a dealership of large fire apparatus is the ability to provide service capability consistent with the size and complexity of the equipment. From the start, this was the driving motive in the establishment of our company. Having a large shop facility staffed by capable workforce was also a key condition of acceptance by the well-established manufacturers of fire apparatus we represent before we were awarded the dealership of their apparatus in Oklahoma.
The steps taken to meet these requirements are in place with our thirty thousand square foot shop and warehouse in Wagoner, Oklahoma positioning us to be able to provide fire apparatus service and repair in a location convenient to mid-eastern Oklahoma fire departments. Our success in this area was seen immediately upon our opening our doors as Route 66 Emergency Equipment. We are able to draw on the very capable shop and manufacturing talent of the staff of fourteen technicians already in our shop facility we share with a company with over twenty-five years of manufacturing and service experience with heavy oil field service trucks. We now enjoy the success we’ve proven as being able to carry on repair work for several fire departments of eastern Oklahoma, providing confidence in the success of our goals to be a major player in the fire apparatus equipment market in our state.
As an important component of this success, we are able to draw on the extensive service parts inventory of the several successful OEMs we represent as well as that of the major firefighting equipment installed in them with expedited delivery to us as necessary to provide for needed service and repair work.
We are continuing on with this effort to consistently add to our service and test capabilities that fire departments expect of their dealership/service centers. Welcome back to our website often to catch up on our expanding capabilities.
